Pelo meio uma Pandemia que n\u00e3o nos quer deixar, muitas adapta\u00e7\u00f5es, improvisos e muitas aprendizagens.<\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: inherit; margin-bottom: 1.5em; color: #333333; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 300; letter-spacing: 0.6px; background-color: #ffffff;\">Reconhe\u00e7o que ao longo destes 3 anos, os sentimentos foram mudando conforme os meses e os acontecimentos pessoais, nacionais e mundiais.\u00a0 As rela\u00e7\u00f5es familiares, amizades, neg\u00f3cios e at\u00e9 contactos ocasionais foram sofrendo muta\u00e7\u00f5es enormes algumas tiveram in\u00edcio em realidades mais virtuais, algumas desapareceram, outras mantiveram os ritmos, apenas se adaptaram a novas formas e modos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: inherit; margin-bottom: 1.5em; color: #333333; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 300; letter-spacing: 0.6px; background-color: #ffffff;\">Apesar do caos mundial, tudo continua a acontecer no ciclo impar\u00e1vel da vida. E a vida em Angola, tem vindo a sofrer com estes acontecimentos mundiais. As ondas de choque chegam a Angola agudizando alguns problemas que ainda est\u00e1vamos a tentar resolver, entre eles a sa\u00fade, a educa\u00e7\u00e3o, o emprego e o desemprego e outros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: inherit; margin-bottom: 1.5em; color: #333333; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 300; letter-spacing: 0.6px; background-color: #ffffff;\">Nesta nova realidade de grupos de WSAP, a CRH \u00e9 um pouso seguro de partilhas, de d\u00favidas para ouvir e ponderar antes de executar, e a solidariedade \u00e9 abundante no esp\u00edrito de entreajuda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: inherit; margin-bottom: 1.5em; color: #333333; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 300; letter-spacing: 0.6px; background-color: #ffffff;\">Mas existem outros grupos, onde as partilhas por vezes nos deixam \u201c\u00e0 beira de um ataque de nervos\u201d, pela falta de crit\u00e9rio, de respeito pelas regras dos administradores, e pelo rid\u00edculo de algumas justifica\u00e7\u00f5es, perante alguma chamada de aten\u00e7\u00e3o por parte dos respons\u00e1veis, \u00ab\u2026 este grupo n\u00e3o permite este tipo de mensagens\u2026\u00bb, a resposta mais frequente:\u00a0<strong style=\"box-sizing: inherit;\">\u00ab\u2026 recebi de outro grupo e apenas partilhei<\/strong>\u2026\u00bb<\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: inherit; margin-bottom: 1.5em; color: #333333; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 300; letter-spacing: 0.6px; background-color: #ffffff;\">Nos \u00faltimos dois anos, as redes sociais tornaram-se a forma dominante de comunicar, seja nos grupos de WSAP, atrav\u00e9s do Facebook, do LinkedIn, do Telegram entre outros, e exige de todos os utilizadores, saber estar, pondera\u00e7\u00e3o, leitura pr\u00e9via e muito bom senso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: inherit; margin-bottom: 1.5em; color: #333333; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 300; letter-spacing: 0.6px; background-color: #ffffff;\">Mensagens cheias de erros, n\u00e3o s\u00e3o letras trocadas, s\u00e3o erros ortogr\u00e1ficos, algumas fotos inapropriadas, coment\u00e1rios que transmitem, refor\u00e7am a imagem dos utilizadores e deixam algumas d\u00favidas e incertezas no \u201car\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: inherit; margin-bottom: 1.5em; color: #333333; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 300; letter-spacing: 0.6px; background-color: #ffffff;\">Ainda hoje vi uma publica\u00e7\u00e3o no LinkedIn, n\u00e3o era o local apropriado, definitivamente n\u00e3o, mas a agressividade dos coment\u00e1rios, o insulto, a cr\u00edtica f\u00e1cil, fizeram-me reflectir: E se a nossa energia fosse utilizada para ajudar e n\u00e3o para insultar?<\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: inherit; margin-bottom: 1.5em; color: #333333; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 300; letter-spacing: 0.6px; background-color: #ffffff;\">Se fosse usada para influ\u00eancia interpessoal, normativa ou informativa, para refor\u00e7o da vigil\u00e2ncia, da partilha de documenta\u00e7\u00e3o e da criatividade, n\u00e3o estar\u00edamos a contribuir para os resultados comportamentais esperados nas redes sociais?<\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: inherit; margin-bottom: 1.5em; color: #333333; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 300; letter-spacing: 0.6px; background-color: #ffffff;\">Porque acredito nisso, e considero o CRH um exemplo a manter, vou partilhar o meu investimento neste \u00faltimo ano de 2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: inherit; margin-bottom: 1.5em; color: #333333; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 300; letter-spacing: 0.6px; background-color: #ffffff;\">Em teletrabalho, usei os cr\u00e9ditos das longas horas no tr\u00e2nsito de Luanda, para voltar a estudar, para ler mais, investigar mais. letter-spacing: 0.6px; background-color: #ffffff;\">Nesta procura, descobri a Economia de Comunh\u00e3o (EdC), a Economia de Francisco, e se j\u00e1 me preocupava com a humaniza\u00e7\u00e3o da economia e das organiza\u00e7\u00f5es e das influ\u00eancias que poder\u00e1 ter numa sociedade melhor, os 10 princ\u00edpios deste novo conceito, tornaram-se desafios di\u00e1rios, que me t\u00eam inspirado, me ajudaram a enfrentar um duro 2021 e espero melhorar ao longo de 2022:<\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: inherit;
